For years I’ve had many habits. Some have stuck, some have not. One of the most effective habits in my life is my daily writing habit. Every day, I set a 20 minute timer and write anything and everything that comes to mind.
My daily freewriting has helped me do everything from process emotions to writing blog posts and newsletters; from creating scripts for clients, to discerning how and when to leave my day job.
My daily writing habit has given me clarity, confidence, and inspiration. I want to teach you to do the same.
