Fast forward to today where I have been journaling daily since June 1st 2020 (that’s a [automatically coded math thing here] streak!)

How does it work? - Timeline
This is a 3-month coaching program designed to make journaling a part of your everyday life. The process looks something like this:
- You’ll start by taking a short assessment I use to help learn more about your journaling style (things like analog vs digital, creative/must-have elements for your journal, where you might have been stuck in the past)
- We’ll have our first meeting where we talk through the assessment and create a 90-day journaling challenge. We’ll also explore things like tools and what you want your journaling habit to look like.
- Each week, I’ll reach out via text to help with accountability and work through any roadblocks
- Every other week we’ll meet to determine what’s working, what’s not, and where you may feel stuck.
- After 90 days, you’ll not only have a new journaling habit but you’ll have some other cool stuff.
