Below is a proposal of how I see us working together. It lays out everything from project goals to timeline and pricing information. Please take time to read this and let me know if you have any questions!
Project Goals
01
Produce a meaningful in-person event
02
Increase quality and engagement via virtual production
03
Capture b-roll for use in Marketing & Social Media
Services / Scope Of Work
Events are taken to the next level when they're based on values and crafted with intentionality. For these two events, I'll work with your team to create an excellent event which creates a safe space for people to engage in deeper connection and conversation. To do this, I will:
- Produce all technical elements of the event with excellence including, leading the production team, collaborating with other artists, and managing the production schedule and run of show documents.
- Ensure a high quality in-person experience across all elements of AVL (audio, video, lighting).
- Help promote and spread the word to increase engagement.
- Do all this while providing both a fun and safe space for meaningful connection.
In addition to the in-person audience, we have the ability to increase connection via the virtual experience. I'll work with my team to craft an excellent live stream and best capture what's going on in the room for those who aren't able to join in person. To create this experience, my team and I will:
- Ensure technical excellence, translating what's happening in room onto the stream.
- Engage with the online audience to get feedback and make real time adjustments as needed.
- Use our collective experience to invite the audience into more meaningful connection.
We have a great opportunity to capture and tell the story to Broken to Beloved even after these events have ended. To do this, I'll hire a dedicated filmmaker to capture b-roll of the event to be used in recorded media as well as promotion for future events. To make this happen, we will:
- Capture aspects of the event via high quality film cameras, utilizing multiple lenses and angles.
- Provide raw video files for ultimate flexibility.
- Include a mix of both standard frame rate and slow-motion shots to create variety.
