Creating regular content involves knowing your vision, values and being able to clearly communicate them across every medium your brand encounters. In order to make your messaging and identity consistent, I'll work with you to do the following: 

• Clarify identity and positioning of EAI, DSRx, and any other EAI Initiatives
• Create, design, and publish the EAI Manifesto
• Assist on any website reorganization
• Guide project management for promotion & content creation (social media, email list, etc)

Once the vision, values, and manifesto of EAI has been established, we'll work together to translate them across the different videos and podcasts to form consistency and create sustainable systems to make the content production process easier. Together, we will:

• Create a studio setup for recording and editing media (lighting, filming, space setup, product recommendations)
• Create a creative project management system for all content creation including, but not limited to:
  • Recording remote interviews
  • Scheduling future podcasts
  • Scripting new content
  • Process for editing content

As part of the production process, I will help produce 2-3 audio or video intros for each of the EAI podcasts. for each intro asset, I will:

• Lead the process of writing and editing a script
• Determine visual and audio aesthetics which will go into the piece
• Ensure each intro fits into the broader brand of EAI
• Guide Eric in editing these together so he can produce similar content in the future

Upon signing of contract and payment of the first invoice; 

1. Alex will provide a booking link for Eric to schedule regular coaching calls.
2. We will set up an initial 1.5 hour call to finalize the goals, deadlines, and deliverables for the project. These will be sent to Eric and considered an amendment to the project agreement.
3. Based on the finalized goals, Alex will create plans for how to begin producing each aspect of the project.
4. Alex will create a project management system in either Milanote, Notion, or another application so Alex and Eric can work collaboratively throughout the project.
5. Alex will provide 2 dedicated creative coaching sessions per month to talk through high-level vision of EAI.
6. Alex will provide extra working meetings to work on specific aspects of the project (no limit on these meetings)
7. Alex will provide 1-2 on-site working days to help finalize the setup of the studio space (lighting, audio, video, workflow, etc)
8. Alex will be available to produce 2-3 remote interviews (joining the call and debriefing the tech and interview process)
9. Alex and Eric will continue working collaboratively together through the launch of the deliverables defined in point 3.
10. After EAI initiatives have been launched, Alex will work with Eric to make updates to systems/processes as needed.

What I typically charge for this level of in-depth production coaching is $3,500/month for a period of 3-4 months. Based on the above timeline, this would get you from planning and implementing, to launch, all while still having time to make changes/updates after some of the new content has officially launched. I’m also happy to arrange an alternate payment schedule which works best for you.

Below is a breakdown of what's included with this project:

• 3 dedicated creative coaching session per month
• Extra meetings dedicated to working on specific as pets of the project (no limit to duration or amount of these meetings)
• 1-2 in-person days to get the studio set up and working

• The initial monthly payment serves as a non-refundable deposit for the project to begin.
