Timeline & Deliverables

After pricing option has been chosen, contract signed, and initial deposit made, we will begin the following process:

Design Phase → I’ll build both templates and provide a live demo for review
First Review Meeting → Walk through each template together to identify updates
Revision Round 1
Collaborative Feedback → Optional second meeting or ad-hoc notes for additional tweaks
Revision Round 2
Final Delivery → Templates transferred to Church Solutions Group with documentation

Deliverables

Church Planting Template → Single-page site designed for new or mobile churches
Small-to-Medium Church Template → Multi-page site (3–4 pages) for established congregations
Template Handoff & Documentation → Support in transferring templates to Church Solutions Group and documenting the setup process for internal use or customer support

Pricing

I wanted to create a pricing model for both flat rate as well as an option to keep the upfront price smaller and move to a commission model. Please see both options below.

Flat Rate

$1,250 total

50% deposit ($625) due to begin work
Full rights to both templates, including unlimited resale
No ongoing commission or revenue sharing

Best for teams who want full ownership and a simple one-time investment.

Hybrid Model

$500 Deposit

$500 deposit to begin work
I retain partial rights and receive 30% of each template sale
Once $1,500 in total commissions has been paid, commission drops to 15% ongoing
Commission agreement applies for 2 years, or until the templates are retired
Optional buyout available at any time to end commissions and transfer full ownership

Great for startups looking to minimize upfront costs while sharing in the upside of future sales.
