Coaching Cohort Leader, FILO

Chicago & Remote | 2021 - Present

In 2020, FILO launched their first coaching cohort, which I jumped at the chance to be a part of. Heading into 2021, I was asked to help lead a cohort of my own, which took place in April 2021. Since then, I’ve led cohorts regularly and in 2022 was asked to join the FILO Core Team, a honor I’m thrilled to be a part of regularly.

Production Director, Third Church

Richmond, VA | 2015 – 2023

Working at Third has allowed me to fully step into the role of Production Director. My role at Third includes: Casting vision for all production aspects of Third including worship services, events and ministry support; Leading and growing Third’s production team; Leading the church through multiple AVL upgrades, including restructuring our Live Streaming; Working directly with the worship planning team to execute Sunday services; Overseeing the technical production of all other events. In 2021, my role shifted to oversee not just production, but all technology of Third including technology policy, managing IT and the technology budget.

Creative Director, Arrabon

Arrabon Richmond, VA | 2014 – 2015

I served with Arrabon using my technical and creative gifts to help grow the organization into a more successful non-profit. My role as creative director consisted of the following projects: Redesigned the arrabon.com website; Designed multiple print and web materials, including logos and T-shirts; Directed technical productions for Urban Doxology gigs and events.

Matthew 25 Documentary Series, Arrabon

Production Manager/Producer | 2021 - 2023

In 2021, I partnered with Arrabon to help produce their Documentary style study series, In Search of Matthew 25. My role began as an independent filmmaker helping shoot a few interviews and b roll sessions. In 2022, I came on board as a production manager and in late 2022 - 2023 I moved into the producer role.

Global Prayer Gathering, International Justice Mission

Production Lead Team & Graphics | 2014 – 2022

IJM’s annual prayer gathering is a conference of 2,000+ people gathering to hear first-hand stories of IJM’s work in the field. In the graphics position, I work closely with the Technical Director and the creative team to bring visual content to the screens during the event. Some years this is simply driving content to multiple screens, some years this looks like partnering with IJM Creative to produce and drive content.

Kairos Fall Gathering, BGAV

Independent AVL Team | 2014 - Present

Each fall, the BGAV’s Kairos Initiative hosts a gathering of 18-25 year olds from all across Virginia to lift up the name of Jesus. I first came in 2014 as an audio engineer for the band Urban Doxology and wound up being asked to come back each year to provide AVL support for the main worship and teaching sessions. I oversee all aspects of production from pre-production to load in, running sessions, and load-out. I typically bring a team 3-4 with me to run audio, graphics, and lighting. My favorite part about this event is how it winds up being like my own personal retreat each year.

The Arrabon Conference

Technical Director | 2017

The Arrabon Conference was a gathering of community leaders who are seeking racial reconciliation in their communities. I served as the Technical Director for the conference leading the production team and managing everything that happened on stage and in the room.
